RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
All sales are final so please make sure you’re 100% ready to order before checking out. But we do make exceptions for the following:
- Product was damaged in transit. (See FAQ #8 Below)
- Product did not arrive (in transit, or lost by carrier).
- As otherwise required by law.
1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
2-7 business days. Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on your location.
2. DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes, but not in Cuba, Sudan and North Korea

4. WHERE CAN I FIND THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDERS?
All tracking numbers will be found in the shipping notification emails that we send out.
5. MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON’T I SEE THE TRACKING INFO?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.
6. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
If your sent order is lost in the mail, no worries, we’ll send it again.
7. DOES FEDEX SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Not really, they don’t ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not return a FedEx shipping rate if an address of US based PO box is entered.
8. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN THE MAIL?
We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly send a replacement, on us.
